Dont think that you have to keep this a secret. Surely you can if you want too! However, you can use your voice and take back any power that was lost. Yes, it is super scary but you can do so if you choose. We want you to know that you can choose whatever best fits you and your circumstances.
Start your healing
It is a long road ahead of you my friend, but you can do it! You have an army behind you, and you are stronger than you know. Find an outlet such as find a hobby, starting a sport, or exercising.
